Lumen Esssence’s Vitality Tonic ensures all systems are go! A stimulating and revivifying tonic boosting & sustaining stable energy levels, bringing alertness to the mind & body. Motivating, energising, antidepressant, adaptogenic & rejuvenating. Increasing resilience to stress, supporting & aiding the liver. Add 1-2 droppers full to a glass of water as needed. Not recommended for use in evening as its stimulating effects may not be conducive to sleep.
Dosage: 1-2mls (1/4-1/2 teaspoon) diluted in water 2-3 times a day as needed. To evaporate alcohol add dose to hot water or allow to sit prior to drinking.Shake bottle before using.
