Lumen Essence’s Strength of a Mountain Spray has been developed drawing on the essence of a Mountain. A mountain is strong, grounded, connected with the earth, open to the sky/Spirit. It stands strong, wise and clear. Be grounded and connected to Spirit. Spray above head, as an auric spray to clear your aura, as a body mist or around a room to clear energy. If you like as you are spraying you could repeat the mantra ‘Om’, or call upon Apukuna – the spirit of the sacred mountains of the world – to uplift you and hold you strong in your life.
Ingredients: distilled water, alcohol, white sage tincture.
Essential oils:
Bergamot (Citrus bergamia) – a sweet aromatic essential oil from the rind of the citrus fruit, great for relieving anxiety & stress, improving circulation and therefore good for productivity a generally uplifting oil although at the same time evoking a sense of calmness. Allays anger and frustration. The flavonoids in Bergamot encourage relaxation, relief from stress, anxiety and nervous tension;
Cedarwood Atlas (Cedrus atlantica) – distilled from the wood. Used by the Egyptians in their spiritual embalming process. A rich, woody fragrance, grounding, calming and reduces negativity. A great oil to calm the mind and settle into meditation;
Fragonia- (Agonis fragrans) an essential oil from Western Australia, one of the very highest vibrational oils on Earth. Fragonia essential oil has beautiful balancing properties. It is calming, evokes peace, alleviates stress and allows us to let go of past emotional blocks and grief. Perfect for meditation, shuts down the mind allows us to move inward;
Lavender (Lavendula augustifolia) – an aromatic oil which has been used in aromatherapy for many years. A very calming oil good for relieving symptoms of anxiety, depression, nervous tension, cleansing and soothing the Spirit and aids sleep. Rudolf Steiner suggested that Lavender balances the Physical, Etheric and Astral bodies, indicating a positive effect on psychological disorders;
Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus) – distilled from the leaves. Eucalyptus has a cooling effect on emotions, clears the head, aids concentration and builds the central nervous system. Works on the respiratory tract soothing irritation and alleviating mucous;
Vetiver (Andropogon muricatus) – distilled from the root. Supremely calming, historically known as ‘the oil of tranquillity’. Great to alleviate stress and tension, settling to the central nervous system. Cleanses the aura (the energy field around the body) revitalising the body.
